- Cyberspace gives minorities space to flourish.
- Communities are chosen by users, not geography.
- Users can leave communities whose rules they dislike.

- New self-contained communities will develop.
- They can evolve their own rules.
- Rules may cover privacy, free speech, content, access and intellectual property.
⚖️ 10. Choice & Responsibility
- There are no perfect solutions.
- Cyberspace cannot become a perfect society.
- It can provide individual choice and individual responsibility.
